Patterned after the highly successful Acadia, the Danner APB offers a highly polishable, full-grain, leather and 1000-denier nylon fabric upper with a CROSSTECH® liner from W.L. Gore for the ultimate in breathable protection against water and blood-bourne pathogens, an important benefit for the toughest situations on the job. The APB also sports the Vibram® 1276 Sierra outsole, the same outsole worn by Danner customers in Iraq and Afghanistan. Soldiers appreciate the Sierra for its acceleration, traction and comfort, features also needed by law enforcement officers. In addition, the APB features an upper-area speed lace system for quick entry when duty calls..

This boot is built on our most popular last, the 850. Its sleek, low volume profile provides a close, supportive fit while providing ample room in the toe. This comfortable, supportive fit is ideal for those looking for a boot to wear all day in the field.

Width: This boot is available "D" (regular) and "EE" (wide) widths.

Tips for the Perfect Fit:

Measure both feet. If one foot is slightly larger than the other, select a size that fits the larger of the two.
Consider the type of socks you’ll be wearing with your boot. For thicker socks, you may want to select a half size larger than you normally wear.

When you do receive your boots, we recommend first wearing them indoors for a few hours to ensure they’re the right fit.
