Age requirements: You must be at least 18 to order any product from us. Some items listed on this website may be illegal in your area for possession by those under 21. It is your responsibility to check all local laws concerning the ownership, use and possession of any item on this website. By placing an order, you agree that you are of legal age, that you have read our terms & conditions, and that you take full responsibility for obeying all federal, state and local laws, restrictions, and regulations! wholesalers---you will need to send a copy of your tax id # and company information in with your order to order by the dozen at wholesale prices. dealers may register with an email sent to Newyorkironworks@yahoo.com or you can send it in by postal mail. no orders will go out with out this information.

Auto law Legal Status Terms
IN COMPLIANCE WITH FEDERAL STATUTES:
Read carefully all conditions set forth below.
By placing an order with us, you agree that you meet any or all of the following criteria.
Federal law prohibits shipment of automatic knives across state lines, with the following exceptions:
(1) to civilian or Armed Forces supply or procurement officers and employees of the Federal Government ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in connection with the activities of the Federal Government;
(2) to supply or procurement officers of the National Guard, the Air National guard, or militia of a state, territory or the District of Columbia ordering, procuring, or purchasing such knives in the connection with the activities of such organization;
(3) to supply or procurement officers or employees of the municipal government of the District of Columbia or the government of any State or Territory, or any county, city or other political subdivision of a State or Territory (4) to manufacturers of such knives or bona fide dealers therein in connection with any shipment made pursuant of an order from any person designated in paragraphs (1), (2), and (3).

Legal Status of Products

It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from New York Ironworks Inc.. All equipment is sold subject to public law 90-351, title III, U.S.D., Section 2511, and any local, state or federal ordinances. Consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales to minors. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. New York Ironworks Inc. will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers.

Return Policy

1. Return for credit or exchange must be in original condition and in original package such as; unworn, unwashed, and untagged (if any).
2. Return for credit or exchange must be made within 10 days of receipt. Anything over 10 days will not be accepted.
3. To cancel a order(s) you must notify us within 4 days after the order is placed, or else a 20% restocking fee will be charge.
4. Return shipping is at the buyers expense and item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking charge, any refunds will not include shipping and handling.
5. Special orders and Clearance item(s) are not acceptable for return or exchange.
6. We have the right to refuse any returns or exchanges.
7. No credit or exchange will be authorized without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

3. the reason for return
4. specify for refund or exchange (a shipping cost will be charged for exchange)

An Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued to you via e-mail within two business days.

Please include a copy of the invoice or packing list, clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package and return the item(s) to:

Product Availability

Most items are in stock and available to be shipped within 48 hours of when your order was placed. (By "shipped," we mean the item has left our fulfillment center.) Because our goal is to offer you the most popular items as soon as possible, as some items may be route to our fulfillment center from when you placed your order. We will estimate the availability of these items for you. The availability of any item we sell is subject to change.

Shipping Address

When providing us with shipping information, please enter a U.S. street address - WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOX addresses. We are currently shipping to the 50 states, international and ship most packages to all APO or FPO Boxes.

Shipping Options

We offer you three shipping options to meet your needs. Currently, our shipping options are as follows (please allow extra shipping time for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. Virgin Islands):

• Standard Shipping: Allow 7-10 business days from date shipped (Ships via U.S. Postal Service or FedEx).
• Priority Shipping: Allow 3-5 business days from date shipped (Ships via FedEx).
• Express Shipping: Allow 1-2 business days from date shipped (Ships via FedEx).

If all items are in stock, express orders are shipped overnight for delivery within one business day. Express orders placed before 1:00 pm EST will ship the same business day (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) if all items are in stock. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

When your order consists of multiple items, we will always attempt to group your items into as few shipments as possible. At times, when your order contains multiple items, it may be necessary to send your items in separate shipments to ensure that you receive them in a timely manner. In this case, you'll only be charged the order-processing fee. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

We strongly recommend that our customers be available to sign for packages at the time of delivery. Our shipping partners have permission to leave packages at the specified shipping address if there is no one to sign for delivery.

New York Ironworks Inc. is NOT RESPONSIBLE and will not offer refunds for packages that are stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address that is specified by the customer. If you choose the "Signature Required" option ($10.00 surcharge), your package will be delivered only if it is signed for. If no one is present at the delivery time, then the Shipper's standard practice is that they will make two more delivery attempts before they return the package to us. New York Ironworks Inc. is NOT responsible and will not offer any refund(s) if the package is damaged after the first delivery attempt has been made.

Liability policy

We are not liable for any manufacturer defect of a product we sell or are not liable for any injury caused by the products we sell here. You must contact the manufacturer for any defects or we can assist you in reaching manufacturer(s). New York Ironworks is only a retailer of Law Enforcement Products and Equipments etc.

Quality policy

We only look for quality - well made products to sell. We have the largest selection of product, because we care about the quality of the products we sell on our website.
