Return Policy
- Return for credit or exchange must be in original condition and in original package.
- Return for credit or exchange must be made within 10 days of receipt. Anything over 10 days will not be accepted.
- Return shipping is at the buyers expense and item(s) may be subject to a 20% restocking charge, any refunds will not include shipping and handling.
- Special orders and special deals item(s) are not acceptable for return or exchange.
- No credit or exchange will be authorized without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).

- the order number
- the item(s) being returned
- the reason for return
- specify for refund or exchange (a shipping cost will be charged for exchange)
An Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued to you via e-mail within two business days.
Please include a copy of the invoice or packing list, clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package and return the item(s) to:
