Please note that most orders are processed for 2 to 3 business days prior to ship. Next Day and 2nd Day orders received before 3 PM Eastern Time on business days will be shipped the same day if the merchandise is in stock. Orders received after 3 PM Eastern Time and orders received on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. Saturday, Sunday and all legal holidays are not considered business days. There are no shipments or deliveries on these days. (Example: A 2nd Day Delivery placed on Friday 3:30pm will arrive on Wednesday.)
Most orders are shipped via FedEx or United Parcel Service (UPS). newyorkironworks.com does not ship to P.O.Boxes. All orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO will be shipped via U.S. Postal Priority Mail. Additional charges WILL APPLY.
Shipping charges will be determined after customer information is submitted. International Orders: All duties and taxes incurred in the country of final destination are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
